Ironmen LondonN1

Posted on: June 29th, 2011 by Philip No Comments

Best wishes to 4 members of Teambodylab, Ian Jamieson, David Ball, Richard Stabler and my brother Chris who are in Austria as I write preparing for an Ironman event to be run on Sunday the 3rd of July. The Ironman consists of a 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride and then a marathon 42km(26mile) run. All 4 members of the team work in positions which demand much of their time and energies, it is thus highly admirable that they try to find the time to train to such a standard that they can consider competing in this most demanding of events. Their dedication to training and their sport deserves the reward of the feeling of great achievement that comes with completing the Ironman. Readers should be motivated by the men’s desire, positivism, drive and energy. You too can make time to improve your fitness and thus your life……and look to realise your potential…..for information on teambodylab and Ironman training see www.bodylab.co.uk.
