B.A Honours Physical Education (Leeds, England).

ACE(American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer.

 

Lifetime in sport, interest in different notions of  fitness, so I have researched, learnt and experimented through time. I have an excellent understanding of muscles and the different ways to stretch and strengthen them, in more recent times I have embraced ideas from Pilates, functional training and core stability.

Involved in Thai and International boxing since 1986, including 15years training in and fighting out of gyms in Thailand.

 

So I have a great deal of knowledge and experience of fitness ideas. I combine this with an enthusiasm borne of a confidence in what I am doing, that it is right……is very good for you….and is a lot of fun…..
