Personal trainer bangkokIt is my belief that we must ‘BE ACTIVE’.

The American College of Sports Medicine recommends that to promote and maintain health, people should engage in moderately intensive exercise(when it is possible to talk at the same time as training)  for at least 30 minutes, 5 times a week. If one ups the intensity to ‘vigorous’, (ie when its not possible to talk because we are breathing too heavily) one should do this for  a minimum of 20 minutes, 3 times a week. The ACSM advises everyone to remain active. Some of the benefits of doing so are detailed here…..


I believe that sport and exercise CAN and SHOULD be fun. I am confident that I can introduce exercise forms which you will find effective and enjoyable…so much so that you will want them to become a part of your regular weekly routines, then you too will reap the various physical and mental rewards.
